What data we collect
- Contact data: name, company, email address, phone number and any details you submit through our contact forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs and time stamps. Collected automatically when you visit the website.
- Client data: information you share with us in the course of an engagement (e.g. accounts, brand assets, campaign data).
- Marketing data: your preferences for receiving marketing from us and any responses to it.
How we use your data and the legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR, performance of a contract or steps prior to one).
- To deliver our services (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To send our newsletter (Article 6(1)(a), consent — you can withdraw at any time).
- To measure how the site is used and improve it (Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running an effective business website, balanced against your rights).
- To comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we send a confirmation email containing a hyperlink (double opt-in). Once you confirm, we store your email address, the date and IP address of your registration, and the newsletter you subscribed to. We use Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp, an Intuit company) to manage our newsletter. Data is processed on Mailchimp’s servers, which may be located outside the UK. By subscribing, you consent to this transfer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter.
Contact forms
When you contact us through a form, the information you provide is stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies and stores the data on Google servers, which may be in the United States. We have configured Analytics to anonymise IP addresses where possible. The information helps us improve content, structure and performance. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Google Ads and remarketing
We use Google Ads to show ads relevant to users on Google’s network and to measure campaign performance. Google may store a cookie ID to recognise your browser. We do not collect personal information through this process beyond what Google itself processes as a separate controller. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn
We run profiles on Facebook and Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and on LinkedIn (operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). When you interact with these profiles, the platforms collect data under their own privacy policies. Where we run ads on these platforms, we may share lists of email addresses (hashed) to build custom audiences. You can manage your ad preferences in your account settings on each platform.
Hotjar
We use Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd, Malta) to understand user behaviour on our site through aggregated heatmaps and session recordings. Hotjar collects information about pages visited, device, browser and interactions. Personal information such as form fields is masked. You can opt out at hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out.
International transfers
Some of the services above transfer data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the UK Government’s adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, as appropriate.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards to meet HMRC and contractual record-keeping requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased (where applicable);
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security
We work with our hosting providers to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
